Speaker A: All right, uh, this episode of How Long Gone is brought to you by Stateside with Kai and Carter, a new podcast from The Guardian. And they are using this podcast to slow down the news and wrestle with the questions that we all have about what's happening in the world. And they do it 3 times a week. But I would say 3 coffees a day is what I'm doing. I want to keep it at 2. Speaker B: I know. I've been drinking too many coffees lately.
